9 MONTHS TO GO

• Book a wedding date with ROM - N
• Confirm venue and discuss menu. - Y
• Buy wedding bands. - N
• Organise your entertainment. - N
• Music selection - N
• Confirm salon, dresses and suits. Book hair and makeup. - N
• Shop for bridesmaids' and groomsmen's outfits, wedding favors etc. - N
• Compile the guest list with your fiance/fiancee and both parents. - N
• Enquire about wedding car rentals. - N

6 MONTHS TO GO

• Confirm all vendors for music, invitations, flowers etc. - N
• Book Chalet or Rooms for Brother and Sister. - N
• Confirm menus - N

3 MONTHS TO GO

• Finalise guest list and start planning seating arrangements. - N
• Confirm transportation for AD - N
• Send reminders for venues - N
• Research and book photography/videography packages. - N
• Confirm all wedding decor ideas, bouquets, centerpieces. - N
• Discuss different looks with hair and makeup artists and go for trials. Confirm looks. - N

2 MONTHS TO GO

• Send out local invitations. - N
• Choose thank-you gifts for attendants - N
• Organise seating arrangements. - N

1 MONTH TO GO

• Chase late RSVPs, finalise guest list and seating arrangements. - N
• Confirm that your gowns and those of your bridesmaids will be ready on time. - N
• Prepare fees or hongbao where applicable, e.g. for officiant, and your bridesmaids and groomsmen. - N
• Start breaking in your shoes so they won't pinch on the day. - Y
• Confirm all other arrangements that have not been finalised. - N

1 - 2 WEEKS TO GO

• Collect dresses. - N
• Enjoy your hen and stag dos. - N
• Arrange for bridal flowers to be sent to your home early on the day. - N
• Finalise all minor arrangements that haven't been do. - N
• Arrange for a bridesmaid to accompany and help you on the day. - N
• Give all payments to best man; leave him to pay the respective people. - N
• Booking for facial, pedi and medi, spa - N

ON THE DAY

• Let your chief bridesmaid or planner take charge of everything which includes reminding the other attendants of their duties. - N
• Relax and enjoy your wedding day ! - I WILL!
